¿Tienes experiencia en Atención al Cliente, Ventas, Buena Vibra y estás dispuesto a aprender y practicar nuevas formas de asesorar clientes?
Buscamos personas interesadas en el mundo de las bodas; pero más que eso, interesadas en aprender y aplicar nuevos métodos para asesorar y guiar a las parejas durante los primeros pasos de su proceso de Planeación de Bodas.

Some activities in this area:
To attend each of the information requests that YucatanLove receives through all its channels.
Advise and guide couples interested in hiring the services we offer as Wedding Planners.
Determine the appropriate approach and follow-up strategies to achieve the completion of the sale.
Receive and resolve all questions and concerns from prospects, conveying confidence in our value proposition and brand commitment.
Analyze with the growth team the fulfillment of the goals and the behavior of the follow-ups to optimize the strategies designed to achieve the highest number of sales closings.
Requirements to apply:
- Be an organized, cheerful and proactive person with a good vibe.
- Have experience in: Customer Service, Consultative Sales, Tourism, Events or Hospitality.
- Fluent in conversational and written English, 90% of the clients speak English.
- Knowledge in: Effective Negotiations, Inbound Sales, use of CRMs, Work by Objectives.
- We expect you to have: Availability of schedule to attend requests from couples who live in other time zones.
- Excellent level of follow-up, self-management.
- Be eager to continue learning and training within the wedding industry.

Tus principales responsabilidades se enfocarán en:
- Atender cada una de las solicitudes de información que YucatanLove recibe a través de todos sus canales.
- Asesorar y orientar a las parejas interesadas en contratar los servicios que ofrecemos como Wedding Planners.
- Determinar el enfoque adecuado y las estrategias de seguimiento para lograr la concreción de la venta.
- Recibir y resolver todas las preguntas e inquietudes de los prospectos, transmitiendo confianza en nuestra propuesta de valor y compromiso de marca.
- Analizar con el equipo de crecimiento el cumplimiento de las metas y el comportamiento de los seguimientos para optimizar las estrategias diseñadas para lograr el mayor número de cierres de venta.
Eres la persona que buscamos si cuentas con:
- Fluent in conversational and written English, 90% of the clients speak English.
- Excelente nivel de seguimiento, autogestión y proactividad.
- Experiencia en: Atención al Cliente, Ventas Consultivas, Ventas en el ramo Turístico o Eventos.
- Conocimientos en: Negociaciones efectivas, Ventas Inbound, uso de CRMs, Trabajo por Objetivos.
- Disponibilidad de horario para atender solicitudes de parejas que viven en otras zonas horarias.
- Entusiasmo por seguir aprendiendo y formándose dentro del sector de las bodas.
