ESTO ES LO QUE HAREMOS
Some activities in this area:
- You will attend in detail the interests and needs of each couple, to advise them on the integration of each of the most appropriate services for their wedding.
- You will learn and implement our own wedding planning methodology together with the Wedding Planning and Design team.
- You will manage with your team the information of each wedding you are in charge of according to the work schedule of each one, and the progress achieved over time.
- Reviews the communication that the Planning Executives work on for the follow-up of the weddings, according to the comments of the appointments that have been had with the couples.
- On the wedding day, you manage and coordinate the wedding operations staff at each event, while personally accompanying the couple in the most important moments of the day
- Analyze with the Planning Principal the fulfillment of goals and the performance of follow-ups in order to optimize the strategies designed to achieve the different objectives set for the department.
Desired Experience:
- Be an organized, cheerful and proactive person with a good vibe.
- At least two years of relevant experience in: Wedding Industry, Customer Service, Tourism, Events or Hospitality.
- Fluent in conversational and written English, 90% of the clients only speak English.
- Proficiency in: Effective Negotiations, Work by objectives, Team work, Work under pressure.
- We expect you to have: Availability of schedule to attend requests from couples who live in other time zones.
- Excellent level of follow-up, self-management.
- Be eager to continue learning and training within the wedding industry.

- Conocer y entender la importancia del proceso de planeación en la organización de una boda.
- Participar y apoyar en las actividades que el departamento de planeación requiera.
- Apoyo en el seguimiento puntual a las solicitudes de cada pareja.
- Apoyo en el seguimiento de las cotizaciones solicitadas
- Trabajar codo a codo con wedding planners y coordinadores de planeación.
Requisitos para aplicar:
- Ser una persona proactiv@ y con buena actitud.
- Facilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Actitud de servicio al cliente (externo e interno).
- Tu capacidad creativa y de redacción son muy importantes.
- Organizad@.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en el sector de bodas destino.
- Nivel de inglés: intermedio.
- ¡Y claro! Buena ortografía.

Sueldo y prestaciones:
- Beca de $4,300.00 mxn durante el periodo de entrenamiento/prácticas de 4 meses.
- Posibilidad de contratación, una vez que tengas las habilidades y competencias necesarias.
- Sueldo base de $10,000.00 mxn a partir de tu contratación después del periodo de entrenamiento/prácticas.
- Pago adicional al asistir a la operación de los eventos y bodas que se tengan programados.
